Un giorno dopo la presentazione della biblioteca digitale on-line, questo si legge oggi su www.europeana.eu:
"Il sito di Europeana è temporaneamente non accessibile a causa del travolgente interesse dopo il suo lancio (10 milioni di contatti ogni ora). Stiamo facendo il massimo per riaprire Europeana in una versione più robusta prima possibile.
Torneremo on-line a metà Dicembre".
Già dal giorno 19 Novembre, cioè da un giorno prima della presentazione ufficiale, il sito presentava problemi nell'aprirsi...
One day after the presentation of the digital on-line library, you can read this on Europeana web-site:
"The Europeana site is temporarily not accessible due to
overwhelming interest after its launch (10 million hits per hour).
We are doing our utmost to reopen Europeana in a more robust version as soon as possible.
We will be back by mid-December".
Already Since the 19th of November, 1 day before the official presentation, users had problems opening Europeana web-site...
