A Parigi si chiuderà stasera Le Web '08, l'evento parigino che parla la lingua di Internet e in particolare della blogosfera. Il panel più interessante, a mio modo di vedere, c'è stato oggi. Il tema era l'OPEN ID, e hanno partecipato:
- David Glazer - Director of Engineering, Google
- Jeff Hansen - General Manager, Services Strategy/Live Mesh, Microsoft Corporation
- Dave Morin -Senior Platform Manager, Facebook
- David Recordon - Open Platforms Tech Lead , SixApart
- Max Engel, Head of Data Availability Initiative, MySpace
coordinati da Marc Canter - CEO di Broadband Mechanics. Non sono mancate le critiche a Dave Morin di Facebook da parte di David Recordon (Open Platforms Tech Lead , SixApart) che ha affermato: "Facebook non è una novità, già con altri social network si poteva avere un profilo in rete e condividere foto e dati personali". Dave ha ribattuto sostenendo che con Facebook si è obbligati a inserire il proprio nome e cognome reali. A quel punto ho pensato al mio amico Luciano D'Artagnan che ha il suo profilo su Facebook e la foto del coraggioso moschettiere. Che davvero il mio amico sia quello di tutti per uno, uno per tutti?
Ma c'è da dire che una clausola del contratto di FB obbliga a inserire il nome reale.

Le Web '08 is one of the most important conferences in Europe about Internet and it will end today. Imho the most interesting panel there was today with:

Some critics for Dave Morin (Facebook) by David Recordon (Open Platforms Tech Lead , SixApart):"Facebook is not so innovative, other social networks allowed people to connect each other before FB".
Dave:"Yes but with Facebook you must fill the profile with your real name".
And so I thaught about my friends list and my friend Luciano D'Artagnan: is he maybe the real brave muscketeer?
But to be honest the FB contract obliges to fill the real name.
